How to Participate

We welcome your contributions to the "What If Plan"!
However, we do ask that you read and adhere to the following guidelines.

Comments should be focused on the recommendations, providing input on implementation issues such as funding, policy, identifying groups best equipped to carry out recommendations, etc.

Comments may also share information about existing programs. For example, if your state or city has a successful mentoring program, please share that information as a "best practice."

New ideas are welcome, as long as they fit into the category that is posted. Please keep ideas focused on broad rather than specific areas. For example, "making sidewalks accessible in my county" is a good goal--but too specific to be included in a national action plan.

Please keep your comments solution-oriented.  This is not the forum for listing complaints or blaming other entities/individuals.

Comments should be courteous and professional. Any comments that do not meet this guideline will be removed.

Comments require registration. Before you make your first comment, you will be required to complete a very brief registration form. Once you are registered, you may comment as many times as you wish. Note: You do not have to provide a website URL to register, that field is optional.
